To delete an action from a parameter or parameter set
Click

At the Command prompt, enter
bedit
.
In the Edit Block Definition dialog box, Under Block To Create or Edit, select a name from the list and then, click OK.

Authoring Palettes.
In the Block Authoring Palettes window, right-click a parameter or parameter set. Click Properties.
In the Tool Properties dialog box, under Parameter, click Actions, and then click the [...] button.
In the Add Actions dialog box, under Action Object List, select an action from the list.
Click Delete.
(Optional) Repeat steps 3 and 4 to delete additional actions.
Click OK.
In the Tool Properties dialog box, click OK.
