To create a circle tangent to two objects

1. Click Home tabDraw panelTan, Tan, Radius. Enter circle at the command prompt.

   The command starts Tangent object snap mode.

2. Select the first object to draw the circle tangent to.
3. Select the second object to draw the circle tangent to.
4. Specify the radius of the circle.
