To get the absolute value of a number using QuickCalc

1. Click View tab Palettes panel QuickCalc.
2. With the current value displayed, in the Scientific area click the abs button.
3. On the Number Pad, click the equal (=) sign.

   The absolute value is displayed in the Input box.
