To export multiple layouts to a DWF or DWFx file

1. Hold the Shift key down and click to select the layout tabs.
2. Right click and select Publish Selected Layouts.
3. In the Publish dialog box, select DWF or DWFx from the Publish To: drop-down list and click Publish.
