Description

The hardware of the RET antenna is faulty. The fault may lie in: EEPROM,FLASH,RAM,Other hardware.

The hardware of the RET antenna is faulty.

Check if the connectors are in good contact.
1. Check if the connectors are in good contact.
  Y=>Go to Step 2.
  
  N=>Go to Step b.
2. Connect the cable properly. Ensure that the connectors are in good contact. Check if the alarm is cleared.
  Y=>The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is complete.
  
  N=>Go to Step 2.
Power off the RET antenna and power it on again.
Y=>The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is complete.

N=>Go to Step 3.
Replace the faulty RET antenna. Check if the alarm is cleared.
Y=>The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is complete.

N=>The alarm is not cleared.Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
