106 PCIC CHECK IS INCONSISTENT

Description

The alarm is reported when someone pbsl pcic check is inconsistent between BSC and PCU

4 Alarm Attribute

0=Normal, Alarms period are longer than the Transient Threshold.

1=Transient Count, The times and the period of the alarms whose periods are shorter than the Transient Threshold are summed up. If the sum result is longer than the Alarm Occurrence Period Threshold or Alarm Occurrence Times Threshold, an alarm so called Transient Count Alarm is triggered. Because Transient Count Alarm is based on accumulative result, the recovery of the alarm may occur at least one Summing Cycle later. The Summing Cycle can be query by MML "LST STATSLDWIN".

Impact on the System

The number of packet service channels on the E1 port is affected.

System Actions

Block the PCIC that is inconsistent with that on the PCU side.

Possible Causes

The initial PCICs on the BSC side and on the PCU side are inconsistent.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the link configuration data on the local end and on the PCU end is consistent.

    Y=>The data is consistent. Contact Huawei Customer Service Center.

    N=>The data is inconsistent. Modify the data on the PCU end or on the BSC end to ensure consistency.
