Description

This alarm is reported when the built-in temperature sensor of the DHEU or the external temperature sensor of the DHEU is abnormal.

Possible Causes

  • No temperature sensor is installed.
  • The cable that connects to the temperature sensor is faulty.
  • The temperature sensor is abnormal.
  • The heat exchanger is faulty.

Procedure

  1. Check whether a temperature sensor is installed.
    1. Check whether a temperature sensor is installed.

      Y=> Go to step 2.

      N=> Go to step b.

    2. Install a temperature sensor.

      Check whether the alarm is cleared after a temperature sensor is installed.

      Y=> The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling is complete.

      N=> The alarm persists. Go to step 2.

  2. Check whether the cabling of the temperature sensor is proper.
    1. Check whether the cabling of the temperature sensor is proper.

      Y=> Go to step 3.

      N=> Go to b.

    2. Reconnect the cable that connects to the temperature sensor.

      Check whether the alarm is cleared after the reconnection.

      Y=> The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling is complete.

      N=> The alarm persists. Go to step 3.

  3. Replace the DHEU or the external temperature sensor that connected to the DHEU.

    Check whether the alarm is cleared after the replacement.

    Y=> The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling is complete.

    N=> The alarm persists. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
