Impact on the System

The normal operation of the BTS3012AE may be affected when the alarm is generated. Even the BTS3012AE hardware may be damaged.

System Actions

None.

Possible Causes

  • The DC distribution switch of the heat exchanger is not switched on.
  • The DC socket of the heat exchanger is not properly connected.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the DC distribution switch of the DHEU is switched on.

    Y=> Go to step 3.

    N=> Go to step 2.

  2. Switch on the DC distribution switch of the DHEU.

    Observe whether the alarm is cleared after the reconnection.

    Y=> The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is complete.

    N=> The alarm is not cleared. Go to step 3.

  3. Check whether the DC socket of the DHEU is properly connected.

    Y=>Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.

    N=> Go to step 4.

  4. Reconnect the DC socket of the DHEU.

    Observe whether the alarm is cleared after the replacement.

    Y=>The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is complete.

    N=> The alarm is not cleared. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
