This alarm is reported when the DHEU has no DC input.

The normal operation of the BTS3012AE may be affected when the alarm is generated. Even the BTS3012AE hardware may be damaged.

Check whether the DC distribution switch of the DHEU is switched on.
Y=> Go to step 3.

N=> Go to step 2.
Switch on the DC distribution switch of the DHEU.
Observe whether the alarm is cleared after the reconnection.

Y=> The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is complete.

N=> The alarm is not cleared. Go to step 3.
Check whether the DC socket of the DHEU is properly connected.
Y=>Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.

N=> Go to step 4.
Reconnect the DC socket of the DHEU.
Observe whether the alarm is cleared after the replacement.

Y=>The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is complete.

N=> The alarm is not cleared. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
