Description

This alarm is reported when the DHEU has no AC input.

The heater cannot work normally when the alarm is generated.

Check whether the AC distribution switch of the DHEU is switched on.
Y=> Go to step 3.

N=> Go to step 2.
Switch on the AC distribution switch of the DHEU.
Observe whether the alarm is cleared after the AC distribution switch is switched on.

Y=> The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is complete.

N=> The alarm is not cleared. Go to step 3.
Check whether the AC socket of the DHEU is properly connected.
Y=> Go to step 5.

N=> Go to step 4.
Reconnect the AC socket of the DHEU.
Observe whether the alarm is cleared after the reconnection.

Y=> The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is complete.

N=> The alarm is not cleared. Go to step 5.
Replace the transformer of the DHEU.
Observe whether the alarm is cleared after the replacement.

Y=>The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is complete.

N=> The alarm is not cleared.Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
