Description

This alarm is reported when the resistance of the filter increases due to the accumulation of dust.

Impact on the System

The dust filter alarm affects the heat dissipation in the BTS.
The first phase alarm (warning) : the operator should to clean the dust filter or replace the dust filter. The heat dissipation of the system deteriorates.
The second phase alarm (critical) : the operator should to replace the dust filter immediately. The heat dissipation mechanism of the system breaks down.

System Actions

None.

Possible Causes

The long operation of the heat exchanger leads to the accumulation of dust on the dust filter. The service life of the dust filter expires as its resistance increases. Thus, the dust filter should be replaced.

Procedure

The first phase alarm (warning): Check whether the dust filter is Clean, if not,clean it.
The second phase alarm (critical): Replace the dust filter .
Check whether the alarm is cleared.
Y=> The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling is complete.
