Description

This alarm is reported when the cabinet door is opened without permission or when the door status sensor is faulty.

Check the status of the cabinet door.
1. Check whether the cabinet door is opened.
  Y => The cabinet door is opened. Check the equipment for damage or displacement in the equipment room. Take proper measures to restore the equipment if necessary.
  
  N => The cabinet door is not opened. Go to procedure 2.
Check the door status sensor and cable connections related to the door status sensor.
1. Check whether the door status sensor is faulty or the related cable connections are improper.
  Y => The door status sensor is faulty, the related cable connections are improper, or the door status sensor is installed incorrectly. Go to procedure 3.
  
  N => None of the above faults exists. Contact Huawei.
Replace the faulty door status sensor, reinstall the related cables, or reinstall the door status sensor.
1. Check whether the door alarm is cleared.
  Y => The alarm is cleared. No further action is required.
  
  N => The alarm is not cleared. Contact Huawei.
