Description

The version in section B is rolled back to that in section A while its verification appears error.

System Actions

None.

Possible Causes

  • Content of versionB in the flash memory of the DPTU is erased accidentally.
  • Flash in the DPTU board is damaged.

Procedure

  1. Load the required DPTU software to the current BTS and activate the loaded software. Check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y=> The alarm handling is complete.

    N=> Go to step 2.

  2. Replace the DPTU. Reload the software and activate the loaded software. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y=>The alarm handling is complete.

    N=>Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
