ALM-11784 GPS receiver position not determined alarm

Description

When GPS receiver is solving for position or the GPS receiver automatic site survey is abnormal, the alarm occurs.

The location information of the BTS is not accurate.

Check whether the GPS receiver is in the process of searching for the satellite.
Y=> This is the normal phenomenon. No handling is required.

N=> Go to step 2.
Check the connection of the antenna.
1. Check whether the antenna is correctly connected.
  Y=> Go to step 3;
  
  N=> Go to step b.
Reconnect the antenna.
Check whether the alarm is cleared.

Y=> The alarm handing ends;

Replace the GPS board, and then check whether the alarm is cleared.
