128 No Circuit Configured in the PCU

Description

The circuit specified by a PCIC is not configured in the PCU, but it is configured in the BSC.

Attribute

Alarm ID Alarm Severity Alarm Type
128 Minor Event

Parameters

ID Name Meaning
1 Subrack No.

Number of the subrack where the Alarm port is located

2 Logical Slot No.

Number of the slot where the Alarm port is located

3 Port No.

Number of the slot where the Alarm port is located

4 PCU No.

Number of the PCU on one end of the packet circuit entity

5 Alarm Attribute

0=Normal, Alarms period are longer than the Transient Threshold.

1=Transient Count, The times and the period of the alarms whose periods are shorter than the Transient Threshold are summed up. If the sum result is longer than the Alarm Occurrence Period Threshold or Alarm Occurrence Times Threshold, an alarm so called Transient Count Alarm is triggered. Because Transient Count Alarm is based on accumulative result, the recovery of the alarm may occur at least one Summing Cycle later. The Summing Cycle can be query by MML "LST STATSLDWIN".

Impact on the System

The PS services are disrupted.

System Actions

None.

Possible Causes

  • The PCIC (number of PCICs or PCIC range) in the BSC is inconsistent with that in the PCU.
  • The circuit state in the BSC is inconsistent with that in the.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the PCIC in the BSC is consistent with that in the PCU.

Y=> The PCIC in the BSC is consistent with that in the PCU. Go to 2.

N=> The PCIC in the BSC is inconsistent with that in the PCU. Delete the redundant PCICs from the BSC or add a PCIC to the PCU.

  2. Check whether the circuit state in the BSC is consistent with that in the PCU.

Y=> The circuit states are consistent. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.

N=> The circuit states are inconsistent. Modify the state in the BSC or PCU to make them consistent.
