Description

This alarm is reported when the battery is disconnected because of high temperature or low voltage or through manual operation.

Impact on the System

When the battery is used to supply power, if the battery is disconnected, the BTS is powered off and services are interrupted.

System Actions

None.

Possible Causes

  • The voltage is low.
  • The temperature is high.
  • There is a manual operation.
  • The MCU issues the command.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the AC power is cut off.

    Y => The AC power is cut off. Contact the maintenance engineers of the power grid.

    N => Go to procedure 2.

  2. Charge the battery. Then, measure the voltage of the battery and check whether the voltage is higher than the threshold. The threshold is 43 V by default.

    Y => The measured voltage is higher than the threshold. Check whether the alarm is cleared. If the alarm is cleared, no further action is required. Otherwise, Contact Huawei Customer Service Center.

    N => The measured voltage is lower than the threshold. Go to procedure 3.

  3. Replace the battery. Charge the new battery and use it to supply power. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y => The alarm is cleared. No further action is required.

    N => The alarm is not cleared. Contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
