Description

[1]The installed subrack is not consistent with that configured with the service board, that is GDPU, GEIU/GOIU, GXPU, or FG2/GOU/PEU. [2]Board Physical Type inconsistent,it will be forbid start up.

Attribute

Alarm ID Alarm Severity Alarm Type
21023 Minor Fault

Parameters

ID Name Meaning
1 Subrack No.

Number of the subrack where the board is inconsistent with its configuration

2 Slot No.

Number of the slot where the board is inconsistent with its configuration

3 CPU No.

Number of the CPU where the board type is inconsistent with its configuration.

4 Physical Type

1=SCU,2=GCU,3=EIU/OIU,4=TNU,5=XPU,6=DPU,7=FG2/GOU/PEU

5 Configured Type

1=SCU,2=GCU,3=EIU/OIU,4=TNU,5=XPU,6=DPU,7=FG2/GOU/PEU

6 Checking result

1=Loading allowed,3=Loading not allowed

7 Alarm Attribute

0=Normal, Alarms period are longer than the Transient Threshold.

1=Transient Count, The times and the period of the alarms whose periods are shorter than the Transient Threshold are summed up. If the sum result is longer than the Alarm Occurrence Period Threshold or Alarm Occurrence Times Threshold, an alarm so called Transient Count Alarm is triggered. Because Transient Count Alarm is based on accumulative result, the recovery of the alarm may occur at least one Summing Cycle later. The Summing Cycle can be query by MML "LST STATSLDWIN".

8 Cause Code

1=Inconsistent Sub-Board Alarm,2=Board Physical Type inconsistent

Impact on the System

  • Inconsistent Sub-Board Alarm ,the relevant board or CPU is unavailable, that is, the service board cannot perform properly.
  • Board Physical Type inconsistent,the board will be forbided start up.

System Actions

  • Inconsistent Sub-Board Alarm, the sub-board keeps resetting with an interval of 10 to 30 seconds.
  • Board Physical Type inconsistent. None.

Possible Causes

  • Inconsistent Sub-Board Alarm, the sub-board is configured while it is not physically installed or the sub-board is installed without configuration in the system.
  • Board Physical Type inconsistent, board physical type is inconsistent with its configuration.

Procedure

  1. Inconsistent Sub-Board Alarm

    Check whether the configuration of the sub-board in the system is consistent with that being installed in the subrack.

    Y => Replace the sub-board in the subrack or clear the configuration of the board and then reconfigure with the correct board in the LMT. The alarm handling is complete.

    N => Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.

  2. Board Physical Type inconsistent
    1. Check whether the board `s Physical type is consistent with the configuration.

      Y =>Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.

      N =>Go to b.

    2. Reconfig the board, and check whether the alarm reporting is keeping on.
