21027 Remote EIU/OIU Board Connection Error

Description

Remote EIU/OIU subrackNo or slotNo conflict with config, it will be forbid start up.(If remote EIU/OIU board started success, but alarm already exist, plese resume alarm by yourself.)

If the sum result is longer than the Alarm Occurrence Period Threshold or Alarm Occurrence Times Threshold, an alarm so called Transient Count Alarm is triggered. Because Transient Count Alarm is based on accumulative result, the recovery of the alarm may occur at least one Summing Cycle later. The Summing Cycle can be query by MML "LST STATSLDWIN".

The remote GTCS can not startup.

Possible Causes

The wire connection of the remote EIU/OIU board does not match with the configuration.

Procedure

Check whether the EIU/OIU board is in position.
Y =>Go to 2;

N =>Insert the EIU/OIU board into the configured slot. Go to 2.
Connect the interface wire to the configured EIU/OIU board. Check whether the alarm is cleared.
Y =>The alarm handling is end.

N =>Contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
