ALM-2138 TRX ID Mismatched Alarm

Description

A TRX detects its ID on its backplane periodically (every one hour). If the detected value is different from the initial value, the TRX will report this alarm.

System Actions

None.

Possible Causes

The DIP switches on the backplane TRB is not correctly set. There is a rosin joint on the BTS30 TRB of a certain lot so that the TRX detects an erroneous TRB ID.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the DIP switch on the TRB is correctly set.

    Y=> The alarm handling ends.

    N=> Go to Step 2.

  2. Replace the TRB. Check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y=> The alarm handling ends.

    N=> Huawei Customer Service Center.
