If the local end adopts the 1+1 bidirectional switch mode, the system automatically adjust the local end to be the 1+1 unidirectional switch mode.
The unidirectional/bidirectional switch modes at two ends of the APS protection section are different: one end is 1+1 unidirectional switch mode and the other end is 1+1 bidirectional switch mode.
