Possible Causes

BTS resetting.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the BTS has been manually reset

    Check whether the BTS has been manually reset

    Y=> The alarm will automatically be cleared in three minutes. The alarm handling ends.

    N=> Go to Step 2.

  2. Check whether the BSC has been reset

    Check whether the BSC has been reset.

    Y=> The alarm will automatically be cleared in three minutes. The alarm handling ends.

    N=> Go to Step 3.

  3. Check whether the BTS is powered down

    Check whether the BTS is powered down

    Y=> The power supply to the BTS might be abnormal. Resume supplying power to the BTS and the alarm handling ends.

    N=> The alarm may be caused by hardware failure. Huawei Customer Service Center.
