Description

This alarm is reported if the interval between the frequency points of any two channels in the FCU is less than 600kHz.

Impact on the System

When the alarm generates, the basic services proceed, but the downlink coverage goes down.

System Actions

None.

Possible Causes

  • A hardware fault occurs to the FCU.
  • The channel frequency configuration is faulty.

Procedure

  1. Check the frequency point configuration of all channels in the FCU, and check if the interval between the frequency points of any two channels is less than 600kHz.

    Y=>Reconfigure the channel frequency points and ensure the interval between any two frequency points is not less than 600kHz. Go to Step 2.

    N=>The alarm is not cleared, go to Step [3].

  2. Reset the FCU

    Reset the FCU through the local or remote maintenance system, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y=>The alarm handling ends.

    N=>Go to step 2.

  3. Replace the FCU

    Y=> The alarm is cleared. Alarm Handling is completed.

    N=> The alarm is not cleared. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
