When the alarm generates, the basic services proceed, but the downlink coverage goes down.
Y=>Reconfigure the channel frequency points and ensure the interval between any two frequency points is not less than 600kHz. Go to Step 2.
N=>The alarm is not cleared, go to Step [3].
Reset the FCU through the local or remote maintenance system, check whether the alarm is cleared.
Y=>The alarm handling ends.
N=>Go to step 2.
