Possible Causes

  • Water penetrates into the equipment room.
  • ) The cable connecting to the water sensor is faulty.
  • The water sensor fails.

Procedure

  1. Check whether water penetrates into the equipment room.

    Y=>Drain the equipment room. The alarm handling ends if the alarm is cleared, and go to Step [2] otherwise.

    N=> Go to Step 2.

  2. Check the water sensor and the cable connecting to the water sensor

    Replace the water sensor or the connection cable if faulty. View whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y=> The alarm handling ends.

    N=> Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
