Description

The alarm is reported when the inboard E1 is abnormal, which causes abnormal operation of the BTS.

Impact on the System

The abnormal inboard E1 causes abnormal operation of the BTS.

Possible Causes

  • The 2M interface sending clock is lost.
  • The 2M interface data signal is lost.

Procedure

  1. Replace the TEU. See if the alarm is cleared.

    Y=> The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is completed.

    N=> The alarm is not cleared. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
