This alarm indicates that the master clock of the PBU fails. In this case, the system starts the standby clock system if any, thus having no impact upon the services.
Check whether the extended TMU has been installed.
Y=> Go to Step 2.
N=> No handling is required.
Replace the extended TMU and check whether the alarm is cleared.
Y=> The alarm handling ends.

Replace the TDU and check whether the alarm is cleared.
Y=> The alarm handling ends.

Replace the whole set of distribution cables of the rack. View whether the alarm is cleared.
