ALM-3164 89C52 FLASH Memory alarm

Description

This alarm is triggered when the MMU software fails to write the MCK program into the Flash Memory of the 89C52 SCM on the MMU.

Impact on the System

When this alarm occurs, the BTS3001C clock module cannot provide normal clock signals.

System Actions

None.

Possible Causes

The clock module is running abnormally.

Procedure

  1. Update software version of BTS3001C MMU

    Load the updated MMU software and activate it. After that, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y=>The alarm handling ends.

    N=>Go to step 2.

  2. Reset BTS3001C

    Perform fourth-level reset.Load the updated BTS3001C MMU software again and activate it. After that, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y=>The alarm handling ends.

    N=>The possible cause is that the hardware in the BTS3001C is faulty. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
