Description

This alarm is triggered when it detects that the MCU internal temperature is higher than or equal to the upper limit of the high temperature warning threshold or lower than or equal to the lower limit of the low temperature warning threshold.

Impact on the System

This alarm has no impact on the system.

System Actions

None.

Possible Causes

The heating board or the startup circuit in this board is damaged so that the system cannot be heated and the ambient temperature of the BTS3002C becomes low.
The heating board is faulty and the system cannot turn it off. It keeps heating and the temperature is extremely high.
The environment around the BTS3002C is high or low.

Procedure

Check whether the ambient temperature of the BTS3002C is not within -40°C to +55°C.
Y=> The ambient temperature is abnormal. Power down the BTS3002C. Wait until the temperature is back to normal, power up the BTS3002C and the alarm handling ends.
