Possible Causes

The single-phase AC mains supply is input to the APM. The APM internal power monitoring module monitors the AC voltage. This alarm will be generated when the voltage is higher than the threshold.

Procedure

  1. Check the AC voltage.

  2. Check the AC voltage threshold.

  3. Check if the AC voltage is higher than the threshold.

    Y=>Go to Step 4.

    N=>Go to Step 5.

  4. Clear the fault of the power supply network.

    The AC power supply network and the cable connection in the equipment room are faulty. Please check on site and clear the faulty.

    Y=>Alarm handling is completed.

    N=>Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.

  5. Check if the alarm is cleared.

    Y=>Alarm handling is completed.

    N=>Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
