Description

This alarm is reported when error is found in the baseband frequency hopping data.

Impact on the System

All the services on the DTRU will be interrupted upon occurrence of this alarm.

System Actions

When this alarm occurs, the system shuts off the power amplifier automatically. For the DTRU of main BCCH, DTRU mutual aid is started.

Possible Causes

  • Data configuration error (alarm in this situation generally disappears automatically after dynamic configuration).
  • The faulty hardware of DTRU or the backplane of the DTRU frame is destroyed.

Procedure

  1. Check if there is dynamic data configuration.

    Check if there is dynamic data configuration of the DTRU that reports the alarm.

    Y=> The alarm will disappear after dynamic configuration. Alarm handling is completed.

    N=> Go to Step 2.

  2. Check if the data configuration of the baseband frequency hopping is correct.

    Check if the data configuration of the baseband frequency hopping is correct.

    Y=> If correct, Go to Step 3.

    N=> If not, Reconfigure it and check if the alarm is cleared .The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is completed. The alarm is not cleared. Go to Step 3.

  3. Replace the faulty DTRU and backplane of the DTRU frame.

    Replace the faulty DTRU and backplane of the DTRU frame and see if the alarm is cleared.

    Y=> The alarm is cleared. Alarm Handling is completed.

    N=> The alarm is not cleared. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
