ALM-4126 TRX ID Mismatch alarm

Description

A Carrier Module detects its ID on its backplane periodically (every one hour). If the detected value is different from the initial value, the Carrier Module will report this alarm.

Possible Causes

  • The DTRU hardware is faulty.
  • The hardware of the backplane of the DTRU subrack is faulty.

Procedure

  1. Replace the DTRU.

    Replace the DTRU, and check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y => The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling is complete.

    N => The alarm is not cleared. Go to procedure 2.

  2. Replace the backplane of the DTRU subrack.

    Replace the backplane of the DTRU subrack, and check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y => The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling is complete.

    N => The alarm is not cleared. Contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
