Description

This alarm is reported when the download software of the TRX does not support certain hardware installed on the TRX.

Impact on the System

When this alarm is generated, the TRX directly runs the download software if the memory (download Flash or ROM) of the TRX has available download software.
Thus, the version of the running download software is inconsistent with the expected version. The version number of the running download software is obtained from only the BTS log of the related TRX. The version queried from LMT is invalid.

System Actions

When this alarm is generated, the TRX directly runs the download software if the download Flash has available download files. Otherwise, the TRX directly runs the download software in the ROM.

Possible Causes

The download software does not support the CPU installed on the TRX.

Procedure

Check whether the Sub No. of the alarm is 0.
Y=> Go to step 2.

N=> The alarm is not cleared. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center .
Download and activate software that supports the CPU installed on the TRX.
Observe whether the alarm is cleared after the handling.

Y=> The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is complete.
