Description

The alarm is reported when the Carrier Module hardware logic does not support 16 K signaling switching.

None.

Possible Causes

The DTRU hardware logic does not support 16 K signaling switching.

Procedure

  1. Replace the DTRU board with another DTRU that supports 16 K signaling switching.

    NOTE:

    Query the DTRU through the LMT to check the hardware version of the DTRU. For a DTRU that supports 16 K signaling switching, the least significant two digits of the hardware version must be greater than or equal to 16, for example, 22.10.16.

    Y=> The alarm is cleared. Alarm Handling is completed.

    N=> The alarm is not cleared. The fault may lie in hardware. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
