This alarm is reported when the Carrier Module frequency and the Carrier Module type do not match.

The DTRU cannot be started when the alarm occurs.

Possible Causes

  • The DTRU type and the frequency are not consistent.
  • The frequency ranges are listed in the following table.
  • P-GSM900: 1-124;
  • E-GSM900: 0-124,975-1023;
  • R-GSM900: 0-124,955-1023;
  • DCS1800: 512-885;
  • PCS1900: 512-810;
  • GSM 850: 128-251.

Procedure

  1. Check if the frequency and the DTRU type match.

    Log on to the LMT. Check the frequency data, according in the following steps

    Y=> The alarm cause cannot be located. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.

    N=> Go to Step 2.

  2. Modify the DTRU's frequency to be consistent with the DTRU frequency band. The alarm Handling is completed.
