Description

The alarm is reported in the following circumstances: (1) The frame number or timeslot number is abnormal. (2) The primary and secondary clocks are abnormal at the same time.

Impact on the System

All the services of the DTRU will be interrupted upon occurrence of this alarm.

System Actions

When this alarm occurs, the system shuts off the power amplifier automatically. For the DTRU of main BCCH, DTRU mutual aid is started.

Possible Causes

The DCCU is faulty.
The main control module is faulty.
The DTRU hardware is faulty.
The cable distribution of the rack is faulty.

Procedure

Replace the DCCU.
Replace the DCCU, and check whether the alarm is cleared.

Y => The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling is complete.

N => The alarm is not cleared. Go to procedure 2.
Replace the main control module.
Replace the main control module, and check whether the alarm is cleared.

Y => The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling is complete.

N => The alarm is not cleared. Go to procedure 3.
Replace the DTRU.
Replace the DTRU, and check whether the alarm is cleared.

Y => The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling is complete.

N => The alarm is not cleared. Go to procedure 4.
Replace the rack.
Replace the rack, and check whether the alarm is cleared.

Y => The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling is complete.

N => The alarm is not cleared. Contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
