Possible Causes

The data configuration is inconsistent with the corresponding external Boolean alarm, or the external device is faulty. The specific alarm source is subject to site configurations.

Procedure

Check the consistency between the Boolean alarm configuration and the physical connections.
1. Check whether the Boolean alarm configuration is consistent with the physical connections.
  Y => The Boolean alarm configuration is consistent with the physical connections. Go to procedure 2.
  
  N => The Boolean alarm configuration is inconsistent with the physical connections. Go to step b.
2. Reconfigure the Boolean alarm. Check whether the alarm is cleared.
  Y => The alarm is cleared. No further action is required.
  
  N => The alarm is not cleared. Contact Huawei.
Check the sensor for the external device and related cable connections.
1. On site, check whether the sensor for the external device and related cable connections are faulty.
  Y => The sensor for the external device or related cable connections are faulty. Go to step b.
  
  N => The sensor for the external device and related cable connections are normal. Contact Huawei.
2. Replace the faulty sensor, or reinstall the sensor-related cables. Check whether the alarm is cleared.
  Y => The alarm is cleared. No further action is required.
  
  N => The alarm is not cleared. Contact Huawei.
