Description

This alarm is reported when communication interrupts between the active GTMU/DTMU and the standby GTMU/DTMU or the GTMU/DTMU/TMU of the slave cabinet group.

Impact on the System

The standby DTMU or the DTMU/TMU of the slave cabinet group cannot be maintained.

System Actions

None

Possible Causes

The corresponding extension DTMU or slave DTMU/TMU has not been installed.
Communication between the cabinets of the cabinet group fails.

Procedure

Check the extension DTMU or slave DTMU/TMU
Check if the extension DTMU or the slave DTMU/TMU has been installed or powered on.

Y=> Go to Step 2.

N=> Install the extension DTMU or the slave DTMU/TMU and power it on. The alarm handling is completed.
Communication between the cabinets or cabinet groups
Check if the CBUS1 is in good contact.

Y=> The fault may lie in hardware. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.

N=> Well connect the CBUS1. The alarm handling is completed.
