System Actions

Possible Causes

The downloaded software of the TRX board is not activated.

Procedure

  1. Activate the software. Check whether the software activation is successful.

    Y => The software activation is successful. Go to procedure 4.

    N => The software activation fails. Go to procedure 2.

  2. Check whether the software version to be activated is correctly loaded to the OMU or GBAM on the BSC.

    Y => The software version is correctly loaded. Go to procedure 4.

    N => The software version is incorrectly loaded. Go to procedure 3.

  3. According to the software configuration requirements, load the software to the OMU or GBAM on the BSC. Perform the software activation. Then, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y => The alarm is cleared. No further action is required.

    N => The alarm is not cleared. Go to procedure 4.

  4. Check whether there is a board that is installed and powered on but not configured on the LMT.

    Y => There is such a board. Go to procedure 5.

    N => There is no such board. Contact Huawei Customer Service Center.

  5. Power off the board. Alternatively, configure, activate, and then delete the board on the LMT. Check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y => The alarm is cleared. No further action is required.

    N => The alarm is not cleared. Contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
