System Actions

The system will auto clear the alarm in three minutes.

Possible Causes

BTS reset.

Procedure

  1. Check if the BTS has been manually reset.

    Check if the BTS has been manually reset.

    Y=> The alarm will be cleared automatically in three minutes.

    N=> Go to Step 2.

  2. Check if the BTS is reset because of BSC reset

    Check if the BSC has been reset.

    Y=> This alarm will be cleared automatically in three minutes.

    N=> Go to Step 3.

  3. Check if the BTS has power failure

    Check if the BTS is reset because of power failure.

    Y=> The fault may lie in abnormal power supply of the BTS.

    N=> The fault may lie in the hardware. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
