Impact on the System

  • The BSC locks all the non-main B TRXs when the AC power is not available.
  • The BTS shuts off the power amplifiers of all the TRXs when the battery voltage is lower than the set threshold.

System Actions

None.

Possible Causes

  • The AC power is not available, and the hierarchy power supply function is used.
  • The battery voltage is lower than the hierarchy power-off voltage threshold.

Procedure

  1. For Sub No.0: check the AC power. If the AC power is available, check whether the alarm is cleared.

Y=> The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is completed.

N=> The alarm is not cleared. Go to Step 3.

  2. For Sub No.1: check the AC power, the hierarchy power-off voltage threshold, and the battery voltage. If the AC power is not available, and the battery voltage is lower than the hierarchy power-off voltage threshold, restore the AC power. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.

Y=>The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is completed.

N=>The alarm is not cleared. Go to Step 3.

  3. Replace the SidePower/APM and check whether the alarm is cleared

Y=>The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is completed.

N=>The alarm is not cleared. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
