Impact on the System

  • Major The BBU or DRFU cannot work normally. The services borne by the BBU or DRFU are interrupted.
  • Minor Some minor functions of the BBU or DRFU are not available.

Possible Causes

There maybe hardware fault existing with the board.

Procedure

  1. Reset the board.

    Reset the board. Check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y => The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling ends.

    N => The alarm is not cleared. Go to Step 2.

  2. Replace the board.

    Replace the board. Check whether the new board is available.

    Y => The new board is available. The alarm handling ends.

    N => The new board is not available. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
