This alarm shows that the LNA configured for the main receive path of the CDU cannot work normally. This will deteriorate the quality of the received signals on the main receive path of the BTS and lower the receive flexibility. Because the BTS is usually configured with a diversity receive path, the BTS can still work normally except that the receive flexibility of the BTS slightly decreases.
