Possible Causes

The DUP Unit is too frequently upgraded.

Procedure

  1. Retset the DUP Unit

    Reset the DUP Unit. check if the alarm is cleared.

    Y => The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is completed.

    N=> The alarm is not cleared. Go to Step 2.

  2. Replace the DUP Unit

    Replace the DUP Unit. check if the alarm is cleared.

    Y => The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is completed.

    N=> The alarm is not cleared. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
