System Actions

Possible Causes

  • The communications between the PSU and the PMU in the power system fails.
  • The PMU detects that the configured power module is out of position.
  • The corresponding PSU is faulty.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the PSU and the PMU are securely installed.
    1. Check whether the PSU and the PMU are securely installed:

      Y => The modules are securely installed. Go to procedure 2.

      N => The modules are not securely installed. Go to step b.

    2. Remove the faulty modules and install them properly.
    3. Check whether the alarm is cleared:

      Y => The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling ends.

      N => The alarm is not cleared. Go to procedure 2.

  2. Replace the faulty PSU.
    1. Replace the faulty PSU.
    2. Check whether the alarm is cleared:

      Y => The alarm is cleared. The alarm handling ends.

      N => The alarm is not cleared. Contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
