Description

This alarm is reported when the AC lightning arrester is abnormal.

The lightning arrester is damaged, and thus the BTS may be damaged by lightning.

None.

The No AC Input Alarm, AC Undervoltage Alarm, or Lack Of Phase Alarm is generated.
The alarm level is set incorrectly.
The alarm signaling cable of the surge protector is damaged or improperly installed.
The AC surge protector is faulty.

If the No AC Input Alarm, AC Undervoltage Alarm, or Lack Of Phase Alarm is generated, clear these alarm before clearing the AC Surge Protector Fault Alarm.
Replace the alarm signaling cable of the AC surge protector. Check whether the alarm is cleared:
Y => The alarm is cleared. No further action is required.

N => The alarm is not cleared. Go to step 3.
Check the alarm voltage, if the third alarm voltage of the APMU is not set to low level. Set the alarm voltage to low level. Check whether the alarm is cleared:
Y => The alarm is cleared. No further action is required.

N => The alarm is not cleared. Go to step 4.
Replace the PDU of the AC surge protector. Check whether the alarm is cleared:
Y => The alarm is cleared. No further action is required.

N => The alarm is not cleared. Contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
