System Actions

None.

Possible Causes

  • AC input phase loss (probably).
  • The AC input power cable is connected incorrectly.
  • The PSU is faulty.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the AC power input cable is connected incorrectly. The L wire should be connected to the three terminals on the lower left part instead of the AC output terminals above, which is the correct cable connection of the AC input power cable.

If the AC input power cable is properly connected, go to step [2].

  2. Measure the voltage between the L wire and the N wire of the AC power input cable by using the AC voltage measurement function of a multimeter. The normal voltage is 220 V. If the voltage of the phase is 0 , the corresponding AC input phase is missing. Check the AC power supply of the customer equipment room. If all phases are normal, go to step [3].

  3. Check whether the three power LEDs on the panel of the PSU are on. If any of the power LEDs on the panel is off, unplug the PSU and plug it back. If the LED is still off, replace the PSU.

  4. Check whether the alarm is cleared:

Y => The alarm is cleared. End the alarm handling.

N => The alarm is not cleared. Contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
