Possible Causes

  • The cabinet door is open.
  • The infrared sensor or the cable connecting to the infrared sensor is damaged.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the cabinet is open

    Y=> Check whether the equipment room and the devices are damaged. Repair them if any damaged. The alarm handling ends if the alarm is cleared after the repair.

    N=> Go to Step 2.

  2. Check the infrared sensor and the connection cable

    Replace the infrared sensor or the connection cable if faulty. View whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y=> The alarm handling ends.

    N=> Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
