Possible Causes

This alarm will be generated when the AC voltage is lower than 50 V.

Procedure

  1. The AC power supply network and the cable connection in the equipment room are faulty. Please check on site and clear the faulty.

    If the input AC mains supply is normal while the alarm persists, Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
