System Actions

Possible Causes

  • The AC power supply is cut off and the battery is exhausted or has too high temperature.
  • 0: low voltage power-off3
  • 1: background control power-off
  • 2: local manual power-off
  • 3: high temperature power-off

Procedure

  1. Check the fault causes in the alarm location information.
    1. Low voltage power-off, Go to Step 2.
    2. High temperature power-off, Go to Step 3.
    3. Background control power-off, Go to Step 2.
    4. Local manual power-off, Manually power on and alarm handling is completed.
  2. Check if the AC power supply is cut off.
    1. Check on site if the AC power supply input to the power supply is cut off.

      Y=>Go to Step b.

      N=>Go to Step 4.

    2. Handle the fault in AC power supply and see if the alarm is cleared.

      Y=>The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is completed.

      N=>The alarm is not cleared. Go to Step 4.

  3. Check the battery temperature and the temperature thresholds.

    the high temperature threshold (faulty : 53 ℃)

    1. Query the temperature of the built-in battery. battery load, and external battery cabinet.
    2. Check if the battery temperature is higher than the threshold.

      Y=>Go to Step c.

      N=>Go to Step 4.

    3. Lower the temperature and see if the alarm is cleared.

      Y=>The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is completed.

      N=>The alarm is not cleared. Go to Step 4.

  4. Replace the PMU and see if the alarm is cleared.

    Replace the PMU and see if the alarm is cleared.

    Y=>The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is completed.

    N=>The alarm is not cleared. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
