Description

This alarm is reported when the battery temperature is too low.

This alarm is generated when the power system detects that the battery temperature is below the set lower limit.

Check the battery temperature alarm threshold.
1. Check if the battery temperature alarm threshold is set properly.
  Y=>Go to Step 2.
  
  N=>Go to Step b.
2. Modify the battery temperature alarm threshold and see if the alarm is cleared.
  Y=>The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is completed.
  
  N=>The alarm is not cleared. Go to Step 2.
Check the heat exchanger.
1. Check if the heat exchanger works normally.
  Y=>Go to Step 3.
  
  N=>Go to Step b.
2. Check and mend the heat exchanger if necessary. Ensure that it works normally. See if the alarm is cleared.
  Y=>The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is completed.
  
  N=>The alarm is not cleared. Go to Step 3.
Replace the temperature sensor and see if the alarm is cleared.
Y=>The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is completed.

N=>The alarm is not cleared. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
