Possible Causes

This alarm is reported in case of battery over-current.

Procedure

  1. Query the battery current and the battery parameters.
    1. Query the battery current.
    2. Query the charging current-limiting coefficient and the battery capacity.
    3. Check if the battery current is higher than the charging current-limiting +5A.

      Y=>Go to Step 2.

      N =>Go to Step 3.

  2. Temporarily disconnect the battery
    1. Delete the battery.
    2. Wait for 10 minutes and add the battery (according to the actual situation).
    3. See if the alarm is cleared.

      Y=>The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is completed.

      N=>The alarm is not cleared. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.

  3. Replace the PMU and see if the alarm is cleared.

    Y=>The alarm is cleared. Alarm handling is completed.

    N=>The alarm is not cleared. Please contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
