System Actions

None.

Possible Causes

This external alarm of the power system is generated when the status of the extended Boolean changes. The extended Boolean is configured by the users.

Procedure

  1. a) Check whether the Boolean alarm needs to be configured.

    Y => Go to step 2.

    N => Go to step b.

    b) Disable the Boolean alarm. After the Boolean alarm is disabled, check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y => The alarm is cleared. No further action is required.

    N => The alarm is not cleared. Contact Huawei Customer Service Center.

  2. a) Check whether the output connection of the sensor is changed.

    Y => Go to step b.

    N => Go to step 3.

    b) Handle it according to the settings of the Boolean alarm. Check whether the alarm is cleared

    Y => The alarm is cleared. No further action is required.

    N => Go to step 3.

  3. a) Check whether the sensor is faulty or the cable is incorrectly connected.

    Y => Go to step b.

    N => Go to step 4.

    b) Replace the sensor or reconnect the cable of the sensor. Check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y => The alarm is cleared. No further action is required.

    N => Go to step 4.

  4. Replace the APMU and then check whether the alarm is cleared.

    Y => The alarm is cleared. No further action is required.

    N => The alarm is not cleared. Contact Huawei Customer Service Center.
